Main Mission:
Reporting to the Commercial and Marketing Director, your mission will be to lead and boost sales in the Center, South, and East regions to maximize new client acquisition, increase market share, and ensure the achievement of commercial goals with a focus on results and client satisfaction.

Job Description:

• Develop and deploy commercial action plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Lead active prospecting and acquisition of new clients across the assigned region.
• Supervise and motivate sales teams to optimize individual and collective performance.
• Provide close support to the sales force with regular field visits.
• Analyze growth opportunities, identify new market segments, and propose approach strategies.
• Manage the existing client portfolio by enhancing loyalty and maximizing cross-selling opportunities.
• Establish strong commercial partnerships and develop local distribution channels.
• Monitor commercial performance indicators (revenue, conversion rates, loyalty) and adjust strategies as needed.
• Ensure accurate commercial reporting and formulate recommendations to improve results.
• Organize quick training sessions to enhance team sales techniques.

Required Profile:

• Education: Bac +4/5 in Sales, Commerce, or related fields.
• Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in field sales management or business development, including at least 2 years in a commercial management role, ideally in insurance, banking, or services.

Skills:

• Advanced prospecting and commercial negotiation techniques.
• Management and motivation of field sales teams.
• Ability to build and execute client acquisition strategies.
• Excellent mastery of B2B and B2C sales cycles.
• Analysis of commercial performance and action adjustment.
• Results-driven with a strong focus on objectives.
