LGL Transport Cameroun is recruiting an Administrative Agent

MISSIONS

You are responsible for driving the administrative policy of the company, being a force of proposal, and managing all the administrative activities of the company. Specifically, you are charged




Administrative

  • Billing and office automation.
  • Follow-up of files.
  • Telephone reception and call redirection to the right interlocutors.
  • Mail management.
  • Collection and filing of administrative documents.
  • Contract preparation.
  • Legal security of acts and procedures developed by LGL in order to control the risk of litigation.



PROFILE

  • Experience 1 to 2 years in a similar position;
  • Bilingual French/English, German is a plus;
  • Education: Bac + 3 minimum in administrative management, accounting or equivalent required;
  • International transport regulations;
  • Sense of involvement and sense of priorities;
  • Good writing skills and persuasiveness;
  • Mastery of the Office Pack;
  • Qualification: qualified employee;
