AN ADMINISTRATIVE AND FINANCIAL MANAGER
a) Responsibilities
Under the responsibility of the Head of the Universal Health Coverage Section and the supervision of the Head of the Administrative and Financial Affairs Section, he is responsible for • 
     Ensuring on a daily basis the adequacy between the operations carried out and the organizational chart, the job descriptions and the rules and procedures manual Setting up the operations monitoring dashboards;
  Organizing ICS activities of the administrative and financial assistant, the accounting assistant, the administrative and financial assistant, the support managers. Defining and developing financial monitoring and evaluation tools




 Arranging financial management tools according to the observed developments; 

     Ensure compliance with the provisions of the internal control system; Define financial monitoring indicators for health check operations Report on financial activities.
         Control financial activity
     Ensure that the AR accounts are kept according to the procedures manual; Alert the Branch Manager in the event of slippage or risk of slippage in relation to the indicators;
     Ensure compliance with procedures concerning health check revenue and payment of healthcare providers;
  Organize the financial audit of health facilities in conjunction, where appropriate, with the medical advisor.




         Monitoring of health check revenue
     Receive health checks from the CTN CSU;
     Monitor collections by distributor category;

     Enter data, analyze the health check cash flow situation;
  Inform the head of AR on sales: quantities sold, receipts collected; Make reconciliations between quantities sold, receipts declared by sellers and those actually collected; Share information with check distributors.
         Monitoring of services and payment of providers
         Collect invoices for services; 
     Check invoices;
     Prepare payment statements for FOSA services. Monitor cash flow
         Control the cash flow statements of the health check fund,
     Monitor accounts and make bank reconciliations.
         Ensure administrative management of personnel
     Keep up to date the files of employees and service providers (copy of coumers, contracts, changes in family situation 
     Monitor leave for each employee (paid leave and other exceptional leave).
b) Required profile.
     Bac + 5 minimum in accounting or management,
     5 years in a similar position and successful experience in an accounting firm would be a plus;
         Proficiency in IT, in particular the Office suite;
     Good knowledge of French and English;
     Analytical mind; initiative and decision-making ability;
     Rigor and firmness;
     Open-mindedness and ability to work in a team;
     Sense of confidentiality;
     Ability to produce reliable accounting documents on time;
         Ability to provide feedback on budget planning and execution;

    0 Have mastery of accounting techniques and procedures;
     Good planning skills,
     Ability to identify needs and plan for those supervised;
         Written and oral communication skills;
     Have the ability to ensure effective internal control; Be able to work under pressure and in a team.
c) Location of the position: Douala
