KAGEDEV is a non-governmental development organization working in the fields of education, training, health and culture. In addition to its own initiatives, KAGEDEV supports local actors in Cameroon in the design,
development and implementation of education projects. The objective is to strengthen the capacities and promote the autonomy of populations (communities, parents, teachers, etc.) in Cameroon so that they can become sustainable actors in their own lives and responsible citizens.

Yaoundé, for an Administrative Assistant (M / F)

Job description
Reporting to the management, you are responsible for informing, guiding and supporting users in their dealings with the organization’s services. In this regard, you ensure the first contact between the user and the organization’s services, and embody
its image.
Reception and information:
• Answer calls and manage call flows
• Welcome the user, ensure that their request is understood or direct them to the right
person, department or meeting place
• Provide a 1st or 2nd level response using internal databases
• Indicate the progress of the file following the user’s request
• Ensure the transmission of messages to professionals
• Ensure compliance with the rules and instructions on site by users
Administrative mission:
• Ensure the management of paper forms: printing, reproduction, transmission
• Participate in the development of team schedules
• Participate in meetings and share information with other colleagues in
the reception team
• Contribute to the formalization and updating of procedures
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of user reception Your skills
• You are perfectly bilingual (Mastery of French and English)
• Mastery of office tools and ability to appropriate business software
• Apply and respect a procedure
• Analyze a request
• Adapt your vocabulary to your interlocutor

Profile sought
You hold a baccalaureate with a minimum of 2 years of training in the field of
management assistance (or a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position)
