Forvis Mazars in AOC is currently recruiting for the needs of its services an Administrative Assistant.

Administrative Assistant – Yaoundé

Job Duties




    • Manage physical reception and telephone switchboard.
    • Receive and dispatch mail.
    • Classify and archive documents.
    • Write and send professional letters.
    • Organize and schedule appointments/meetings.
    • Supervise stocks and supplies.
    • Track and collect invoices and payments.
    • Manage receipts, disbursements and expense reports.




    • Coordinate business travel for teams.

Job profile – CDI

    •  Holder of BAC+4/5 in Administration/Business Management/Accounting.
  • Minimum 02 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in Office Pack, Ms 365 Suite.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and administrative management.
  • Good command of administrative writing.
  •  Knowledge of the audit profession, accounting and tax expertise, consulting and outsourcing would be an asset.
  • Bilingual English/French.
