ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER BICEC
Manager JOB MISSION Ensure the animation of the counter, reception and the proper execution of Back-Office operations with a view to customer satisfaction; Coordinate the administrative management of the Agency to ensure its proper functioning. JOB ACTIVITIES · Control the application of procedures and execution deadlines – Coordinate the administrative management of the agency; • Guarantee the quality of services related to the processing of operations initiated in the agency and manage the risk; Ensure the execution of the control schedule and ensure the effectiveness of self-controls and level 1 controls; Ensure the processing and closure of the agency’s recommendations; Ensure the quality of services and implement the quality objectives set for the agency; Validate front office and back-office operations according to signature delegation; Ensure compliance with the ceilings allocated to its agency; Process back-office operations in the absence of CTA; Check, classify and send the agency’s accounting documents to the head office; Ensure the sending and receiving of mail with the head office and other agencies; Establish the agency’s absence reports and obtain validation from the DA; • Develop cash register and ATM on-call schedules and monitor their execution and obtain validation from the DA; Take charge of and monitor the processing of customer complaints; Organize the counter and streamline customer queues; Maintain the agency’s cash flow as well as the agency’s end-of-month accounting statements; Ensure the protection of the agency’s premises; Plan the opening of access doors (employees, customers) and safes; Manage the agency’s commissary (ordering and receiving printed matter, monitoring stocks).

PROFILE OF THE HOLDER Higher education diploma (minimum BTS); Minimum 3 years of banking experience; Successful experience in an Administrative Processing Officer position (Head Office or Network) or in a control position. Knowledge• Knowledge of basic banking operations; Knowledge of regulations and procedures applicable to retail banking activity; Mastery of administrative procedures and security measures for the transfer of funds; Knowledge of customer products and services; · Mastery of IT tools (MS Office Suite and Amplitude software).Know-how and interpersonal skills

Commercial skills (sales, negotiation, persuasion);
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
Rigor and organization (respect for schedules);
Availability, welcoming attitude and ability to handle pressure;
Team spirit and open-mindedness;
Good interpersonal skills.
