JOB MISSION
Enforce the Bank’s standards and procedures in the commercial regions;
Organize, control and coordinate all administrative tasks in the Region in the best conditions of security and profitability; Guarantee the quality of administrative and accounting production of the Region’s agencies. QUALITY CONTROL • JOB ACTIVITIES Contribute to the definition of objectives for improving the quality of services, monitor their achievement, and ensure the administrative follow -up of the agencies; • Contribute at the Regional level to the application of administrative procedures and the performance of self-controls and level 1 controls – Coordinates the Region’s control schedules; • • Higher education diploma (BACC + 3 minimum) in accounting, banking and finance, auditing and management control; Minimum 7 years of banking experience Having successfully held one of the following positions: Permanent Controller, Accountant, Auditor, Management Controller, Administrative Manager. Knowledge • Knowledge of administrative procedures and processing of banking transactions; Knowledge of security measures for the conservation and transport of funds; Mastery of key management; Mastery of IT tools. Know-how • Managerial skills (ability to clearly define missions, to be involved in the professional development of employees, to objectively evaluate employees); Commercial skills (sales, negotiation, persuasion); Analytical and synthesis skills; Ability to work in synergy Committee animation Ability to manage time and meet deadlines. Participate in the administrative activity of the Region’s agencies – Ensure reporting and administrative management of the Region – Collaborate functionally with the Middle Office DBD Commitments Soft skills Rigor and organization (respect of schedules); • Contribute to the development/updating of procedures; • Availability, welcoming attitude and ability to handle pressure; • Monitoring the Region’s recommendations – Contributing to their closure where appropriate – Implementing anticipatory actions to prevent these recommendations from recurring. • Team spirit and open-mindedness; •

ACCOUNTING MONITORING OF AGENCIES

Participate in the proper application of accounting procedures in agencies, and assist them with accounting matters; Contribute to carrying out accounting controls to be carried out in agencies, reconciliation of supporting documents, outstanding balances, etc.
CASH MANAGEMENT

SECURITY
Participate in cash management at the Regional level;
Analyze and meet the cash flow needs of agencies; Organize the movement of funds between agencies in the Region in optimal conditions of speed and security, Ensure compliance with the ceilings allocated to each agency.. · Contribute to the strict application of security measures in agencies regarding the transport and conservation of funds, • Ensure the protection of the premises of the Region’s agencies. EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT Ensure the renewal and proper maintenance of the Region’s furniture; Ensure the proper functioning of the system: computer equipment and computer tele-links. STAFF / TRAINING • Assist the Regional Director in managing the Region’s staff: staffing needs, leave, absences; Coordinate the Region’s training logistics and submit them to the Regional Director and the DBD, regulatory and process training needs.
