In order to strengthen its Client Relations Center team, Advans Cameroon is launching a call for applications for the recruitment of two (02) “Multimedia Customer Advisors” who will be based in Douala, at the institution’s headquarters.

Missions / Responsibilities:
Under the management of the Client Relations Center Supervisor, you will be mainly responsible for:
- Ensure a reception and quality support of customer calls relating to the products and services offered by Advans on the 4 universes of customer needs;
- Ensure compliance and reliability of managed operations and records and apply procedures;
- Practice commercial rebounds in order to offer solutions adapted and useful to the needs of customers. Participate in commercial actions implemented at the CRC;
- Make outgoing calls from targeting or reminders of emails and online quotes;
- Take charge of the processing of centralized customer emails at the CRC;
- Make qualified appointments for the local network;
- Contact customers by phone and through all communication channels;
- Organize its commercial activity in accordance with the policy set and the defined ambitions;
- Process customer transactions by ensuring quality and timeliness;
- Ensure the updating of customer databases;
- Guarantee the handling of incoming calls (complaints or requests for information) by ensuring quality advice and support to customers;
- Ensure the interim of the CRC supervisor in case of absence upon request;
- Perform any other duties proposed by his/her supervisor.

Skills and qualifications:
Required skills:
- Perfect command of French and/or English: being bilingual or multilingual is an asset
- Good negotiation skills
- Sense of customer relations, teamwork, directivity
- Knowledge of business techniques
- Mastery of basic computer and digital tools (GIS, CRM, Office, switchboard)
Qualifications
- Sense of contact and diplomacy, dynamism, rigor and pragmatism
- Good organizational capacity and effective management of priorities
- Fluency in speaking, writing and listening in English and French/ good speech
- Good writing and synthesis skills
- Good ability to work under pressure.
Required profile:
- Level of studies: Minimum Bac + 2 / Accounting / Economics / Finance / Audit / Banking / Marketing / Communication / commercial action / telemarketing;
- 02 years minimum of experience in the banking field (Call Center, CRC, Front, middle or back office);
