 What is the Young Graduate Program?

The Young Graduate Program is a free pre-selection campaign launched by Afriland First Bank, offering Cameroonian higher education graduates the opportunity to gain their first professional experience within a major banking institution.

This program aims to train and integrate young people into various banking professions, through a structured discovery and learning process.

Profiles sought

The program is aimed at:

 Holders of a Master 2 diploma ;

 Students at the end of their Master’s cycle in public and private universities in Cameroon;

 All management sectors are concerned: finance, economics, banking, accounting, etc.
