1. JOB OBJECTIVES

If you are organized, meticulous, and able to work autonomously to achieve your goals, then this position is for you! We are looking for After-Sales Service Advisors to work in a stimulating environment. As an After-Sales Service Advisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all after-sales activities related to our products and services. You will also handle the resolution of customer issues related to After-Sales Service.

2. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

  • Implement corrective actions to address risks and opportunities related to your department’s activities in a timely manner.
  • Collect customer feedback to ensure satisfaction, confirm whether customers have met with their managers during the month, log complaints, and produce reports.
  • Report outages communicated by customers promptly to the relevant Technical Services.
  • Consistently follow up with customers experiencing issues to check on resolution progress until their tickets are fully closed by the appropriate technical teams.
  • Contact new customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Adhere strictly to quality indicators.
  • Process incoming requests promptly.
  • Promote and sell the company’s products.
  • Carry out other related tasks as required.




3. ACADEMIC TRAINING

  • Minimum Bac+2 diploma in telecommunications, IT, electronics, management, sales, or any related field.

4. EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES, AND APTITUDES

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role and/or in the telecommunications sector is an asset.
  • Proficiency in English and French is considered an advantage.
  • Strong customer service skills with excellent listening abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Quick problem-solving abilities while maintaining high-quality customer relations.
  • Good stress and priority management.
  • Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

5. ACCOUNTABILITY

The employee will be responsible for:

  • Performing tasks professionally at all times.
  • Regularly updating their immediate superior on activities and responsibilities.
  • Submitting timely activity reports.
  • Reporting any issues that could impact the company’s profitability or finances to the immediate superior.
