RECRUITMENT CONTEXT
As part of the implementation of the strategic development plan for FIDEV CAMEROUN S.A.’s activities in terms of strengthening the human resources, upgrading its expansion objectives, diversifying its service offering and digitalizing its activities, FIDEV CAMEROUN S.A. needs
an Agency Manager capable of:
Piloting, Monitoring and evaluating business processes, pilots and supports as well as risk management and governance systems;
Propose solutions adapted to the institution in accordance with the implementation of its strategic development plan:
JOB DESCRIPTION
I. Objective / Job Summary
As a banking and commercial unit manager, the Branch Manager plays several roles, including, with his
team, that of developing the activities of his branch in his geographic sector, following the
strategic orientations of the institution and the opportunities and threats inherent in the
ever-changing environment
II. Main Missions
– Ensure the promotion of the specific values ​​of the institution within the branch;
– Ensure the development of activities, the animation and the management of the branch under the coordination of the
General Management;
– Ensure the selection of the credit risk to be taken in accordance with the current credit policy;
– Ensure the quality of his portfolio;
– Ensure the implementation and effectiveness of customer awareness operations and the recovery
of his branch’s commitments;
LA FINANCE POUR LE DEVELOPPEMENT S.A IS RECRUITING A BRANCH MANAGER
(URGENT RECRUITMENT)
– Identify business opportunities and implement action plans in collaboration with the
marketing and sales department;
– Ensure the implementation of the management policy for all its staff in order to maintain a
good social climate;
– Ensure the proper use of the assets of the agency for which he is the guarantor

PROFILE

Diploma / Level of study: Minimum BAC + 4/5 in Banking / Finance or any other equivalent diploma
Skills and experiences
– Have professional experience of at least 04 years in a similar position,
– Demonstrate patience, pedagogy, diplomacy and have a strong capacity for adaptation
– Have a good sense of interpersonal skills, commercial and be results-oriented
– Have a mastery of French (read, spoken and written)
– Knowledge of the environment of 2nd category microfinance is a major asset,
– Be able to work under pressure with an ability to make objective decisions;
– Demonstrate method and rigor;
– Have an ability to analyze and synthesize;
– Be methodical while respecting the hierarchy;
– Know how to diligently conduct work;
– Demonstrate leadership and authority.
