Number of working hours:40 hours weekly
Place of work: Douala / Yaoundé
Travel to be expected: Yes, throughout the country and abroad.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the transmission of administrative information (memos, convening reports, etc.)
- Manage the agenda and schedule, daily life of the manager (appointments, letters, e-mails, holidays )
- Prepare and organize the logistics of various professional events (meetings, travel, oral interventions, seminars, trade shows, telephone conferences.)
- Telephone and physical reception of internal and external interlocutors
COMPETENCIES
Know-how
- Management. Monitoring and archiving of the manager’s minutes and documents
- Completion of orders for materials, office supplies and consumables
- Mastery of the office pack and perfect bilingual (English-French).
