AGZ GROUP Sar is recruiting a Business Developer

As part of the extension and continuous development of its activities, AGZ GROUP Sarl specialized in the fields of transport, catering, tourism, real estate, staff placement and haute couture recruits for its Sales and Marketing Department (DCM) 01 Business Developer.

Main missions: Increase the visibility of the company, develop Marketing and communication strategies and ensure business development and customer relationship management in order to achieve maximum sales of AGZ GROUP Sarl products.

Profile sought:

• Required training: BAC + 4 level in Business, Marketing, International Trade or Logistics.
• Required experience: Relevant experience of at least three (03) years in a similar position or a minimum of three (03) years in a management position in Sales, Marketing, International Trade or Logistics.
• A good command in the design and creation of digital solutions would also be an asset.
• Required languages: French and English.
• Duty station: Yaoundé with the possibility of being deployed throughout the network of AGZ GROUP Sarl.

Technical skills: 

• Develop the sales and marketing strategy of all operating areas;
• Guarantee the commercial development of the structure and monitor the quality of service;
• Build customer loyalty and monitor customer satisfaction;
• Raise awareness and educate customers on the offer of services and products;
• Animate, train and stimulate the sales force and all teams;
• Organize prospecting, promotion and communication campaigns;
• Design and formulate service offers adapted to customers;
• Create new products and diversify the service offering;
