Under the hierarchical authority of a Hotel Director.

 

 

Job Description

• Design cards and menus
• Manage purchases and stocks of products and merchandise
• Supervise and manage all expenses related to the proper functioning of the kitchen
• Train, supervise and lead the kitchen team
• Control the production, quality and dispatch of dishes, in accordance with the technical sheets
• Guarantee compliance with hygiene rules

 

The skills of the party leader are:

 

• Culinary skills: menu development, regular creation of new dishes, excellent product knowledge, perfect mastery of cooking equipment and techniques
• Ability to organize and lead team work
• Knowledge of and compliance with hygiene and food safety rules.

The qualities of the party leader are:

• Passionate about cooking

• Sense of responsibility
• Pedagogue
• Leadership
