ALM Creatives Studios looking for a qualified Accountant / Financial Analyst to join our team.

MISSION

Reporting to the General Management, you are responsible for all accounting and financial operations.

SPOTS

• Manage all accounting transactions
• Preparing budget estimates
• Publish financial statements and reports on time
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely bank and bill payments
• Calculating taxes and preparing tax returns
• Manage balance sheets and profit and loss accounts
• Analyze project expenses

• Report on the financial health of the company and liquidity
• Ensure the confidentiality of financial data and perform database backups if necessary
• Comply with financial policies and regulations
• Analyze current and past financial data and performance
• Prepare reports and projections based on analysis
• Evaluate capital expenditures and current depreciation
• Explore investment opportunities
• Establish and evaluate profit plans
• Intervene as a community manager whenever necessary

PROFILE

• Bac +2 / 3 in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of project management would be an asset
• Experience in digital would be an asset
