AMSCO is recruiting Business Development Managers

AMSCO is looking for highly motivated and proactive Business Development Managers with a proven track record in business development, market development, sales, to join its team in Cameroon, DRC, Kenya, Mozambique, Nigeria, South Africa and Zambia.

ROLE




The Business Development Manager will play a key role in the growth and expansion of AMSCO’s solutions.

  • II/She will be responsible for business development in the field of management consulting, skills development and transfer, talent acquisition, human resources consulting and development consulting.
  • II/She must be able to identify and develop the growth opportunities offered by the market in these areas.



ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • A Master’s degree can be beneficial;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, client portfolio management with convincing results;
  • Be results-oriented
  • Ability to work in a team
