An important law firm is looking for its client based in Douala: One (1) Lawyer
AGE: Minimum: 25 years and maximum 32 years.
DIPLOMA: Have at least a higher education diploma of the bachelor’s or master’s type.
EXPERIENCE: Have at least 1 (One) year of professional experience.
ACTIVITIES:
- Ensure the drafting of contracts and various legal acts,
- Ensure the application of the texts,
- Manage pre-litigation, monitor and report on the interests of the company in the event of litigation,
- Ensure the monitoring and legal security of the company, and all other tasks entrusted by the Management.
ASSETS FOR THE CANDIDATE FOR THE POSITION:
- Have or ideally possess the degree of Law, Practice, and Insurance Litigation.
- Have at least 2 (Two) years of professional experience in the field.
- Immediate availability.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Organized;
- Sense of responsibility;
- Discretion and honesty;
- Good condition and physical presentation;
- Methodical and organized;
- High availability.
CONTRACT TYPE: Trial and CCD or CDI if good performance.
