Animal Production ManageR needed at Good Life Group

With a view to developing its animal production sector, Good Life Group is looking for an Animal Production Manager M/F.

Good Life Group is a company that is active in the agropastoral sector. Composed of an animal health, animal production and training unit, it sets itself objectives of excellence in all its components, while remaining close to the producer and the consumer. Its expertise covers all aspects of animal health and production (pets, livestock, wildlife, livestock advice, food, etc.).

MISSION

Organize and monitor all field activities related to production and animal feed, in close alignment with the company’s objectives.

ACTIVITIES

• Ensure that satisfaction and performance objectives are met;
• Ensure effective support and monitoring of producers and farms under the responsibility of Good Life Group;
• Develop and monitor Good Life Group’s production and animal feed projects;
• Organize and manage the teams and field activities and ensure the realization of the axes defined by the General Management;
• Propose strategies for development and continuity of production, and innovate in production techniques;
• Be at the forefront of the evolution of major agropastoral trends and anticipate future needs to ensure the continuity of production;
• Create and maintain farm tracking sheets.

PROFILE:

• Diploma in animal production engineering or equivalent;
• Experience not required, but is an asset;
• Knowledge of project set-up, monitoring and evaluation
• Permit A would be an asset;
• Demonstrate creativity, ability to work under pressure, dynamism, adaptability, good writing skills, teamwork and availability
