Responsibilities:
Manage Minata Store’s social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) to increase our online visibility and strengthen our market presence.
Create and publish engaging and engaging content to promote our products, events and special offers.
Interact with our online community, respond to customer comments and messages in a professional and friendly manner.
Monitor market trends and new opportunities to improve our online marketing strategy.
Requirements:

 

 

 

Proven experience in social media management, ideally as a Community Manager.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and analytics tools.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Seller Manager:
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the Minata Store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
To provide exceptional customer service by advising customers on our products and meeting their needs.
Supervise the sales team and ensure sales targets are met.
Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming work environment.

 

 

Requirements:
Previous retail experience, preferably in a management role.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Passion for fashion and current trends.
