SALES EXECUTIVE (F/M)

As part of its missions, the African Wine and Spirits Manufacturing Company (SAFVIS SA) located at MAGZI-MVAN (Yaoundé) is looking for its services: “(01) Commercial Executive”.
Missions
Under the responsibility of the Sales Director, the sales manager will be responsible for:

 

 




 

  • Ensure the management and development of partners;
  • Ensure the recruitment of new partners;
  • Ensure that sales and collection objectives are achieved;
  • Ensure compliance with sales procedures.
  •  Ensure that objectives are set for partners and monitor their achievement;
  •  Analyze Partner stocks and ensure that you have at least 7 days of stock for each product;
  •  Produce invoicing and collection plans on a weekly basis and ensure their completion;
  •  Update the various management dashboards and ensure proper reporting of all activities on time;
  • Monitor partner profitability and productivity;
  • Organize, maintain loyalty and update partner contracts;
  • Propose new commercial terms for our partners
  •  Organize commitment and support meetings for partner clients
  •  Assign daily objectives to salespeople for daily monitoring;
  •  Collect and analyze market data (upstream and downstream) which should enable the development of the Route To Consumer strategy

 

Profile
  • Minimum Bacc+5 in Commerce and Sales
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in the agro-industrial sector
  •  Experience in marketing wines and spirits (an asset)
  • Ability to analyze, model and interpret data
  • Strong methodical and logical approach
  • Team spirit and ability to work under pressure
  • Sense of confidentiality
  • Availability and responsiveness
  • Ability to make proposals
  • Strong mastery of sales vectors
