CONTRACT DURATION:CDI

SPECIFIC TASKS

• Assist the LCL Coordinator in daily activities,
• Collect payments from customers and ensure that prices are correct,

• Issue change, receipts, refunds to customers and staff,
• Take into account transactions,
• Record the customer’s complaint, guide them and provide relevant information
• Delivery of the delivery note to customers

QUALIFICATIONS

• BTS or BTS Bac level in Logistics, Management, Marketing
• Proven professional experience (1 year) in the field Ability to manage species
• Strong knowledge of Excel

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

• Ability to work under pressure
• Be dynamic and customer-oriented
