Assistant Pharmacist needed at Young dynamic pharmacy

Young dynamic pharmacy in Yaoundé is looking for a motivated Senior Assistant Pharmacist

MISSIONS

• You ensure the dispensing and proper use of the medication
• You ensure that the patient understands the treatment
• You analyze prescriptions according to best practices
• You carry out galenic adaptations or magistral and officinal preparations
• You meet the public’s expectations in terms of health: major role in first aid care (pharmaceutical advice and/or referral to other health professionals if necessary);
• You contribute to health safety measures (pharmacovigilance, materiovigilance, health alerts, batch withdrawals, etc.)
• You are passionate and have experience in parapharmacy (dermatology, cosmetic care, aromatherapy, food supplements, baby products, etc.)

• You coordinate purchasing, inventory management and proper storage of medicines
• You participate in the construction and implementation of the pharmacy development plan
• You coordinate the team of preparers and a junior assistant pharmacist on pharmaceutical issues

• You are rigorous and honest

• You are open-minded, and sensitive to the latest trends in innovation (digital, scientific, etc.)
• You greet the patient with a smile on your face and ensure an optimal experience
• You are bilingual English – French

Modalities
Location: Yaoundé, Cameroon
Attractive remuneration: mixed salary (fixed part + variable part)
Availability: January 2023
