Tasks
- Contribute to commercial prospecting;
- Participate in the sale of services and
- Monitor contracts.
Responsibilities
- Manage a client portfolio;
- Analyze and understand the problems or needs of customers and offer them a solution adapted to a request or a customer problem;
- Promote the range of services for which it is responsible;
- Develop the activity with prospects;
- Report on its commercial activity;
- Provide business intelligence;
- Represent the company when needed;
- Participate in the development of the company’s brand image;
- Participate in the development of new products;
Key skills
Knowledge
- Good written and oral communication;
- Good command of English and French;
- Mastery of social networks;
- Telephone prospecting.
Technical know-how
- Manage a portfolio of files taking into account objectives, means, constraints and deadlines;
- Promote the company’s service offer;
- Use telephone sales techniques.
Relational skills
- Have a sense of the customer and the service;
- Listen and reformulate requests;
- understand your interlocutors and take their expectations into account;
- Be proactive.
