Duties:

Definition         of the commercial action plan

  • Implementation of the commercial action plan
  • Management of the sales force or network

 

 

Profile :

Academic level: Bac +3/5 in commerce, marketing (negotiation – customer relations, commerce, marketing techniques) or any other equivalent diploma.

Professional experience: 8 years in a similar position. Fluency in professional English is an asset.

 

 

 

SKILLS :

Mastery         of sales, negotiation and prospecting techniques;

Good         practice of proximity management; remote management techniques and management (budget, accounting);

  • Mastery of office tools and customer relationship software (CRM); Good Internet culture and its tools.

Skills :

  • Business skills; taste for field work; reactivity ;
  • Availability and adaptability; stress resistance ; interpersonal skills ;
  • Force of proposal and conviction; managerial skills; team spirit ; organization and method.

Location: Douala-Bonaberi
