AURE RH RECRUITMENT SERVICES SARL, Member of AREKO GROUP, is recruiting for the needs of one of its clients, a PAYROLL ACCOUNTANT.
Job title : PAYROLL ACCOUNTANT.
Main mission :
As a Payroll Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the company’s payroll operations. You will work closely with the administrative team to ensure payroll processes are accurate and efficient.
Missions/purposes of the position :
- Manage the payroll of the company’s employees;
- Ensure compliance with legal obligations in terms of payroll and social declarations;
- Prepare and verify pay slips;
- Monitor paid leave, absences and overtime;
- Participate in the preparation of social and tax declarations;
- Collaborate with other company departments to ensure data consistency.
Profile :
- Education: Diploma in accounting or payroll management.
- Previous experience in a similar position would be an asset.
- Gender: Indifferent.
- Age: between 25 and 35 years old.
SKILLS :
- Mastery of payroll software and office tools;
- Knowledge of accounting, social and tax standards in force;
- Ability to work independently and in a team;
- Organization, rigor, priority management and precision in work;
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
Skills :
- Rigorous and methodical, with a developed sense of organization;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Location: Douala.
