AURE RH RECRUITMENT SERVICES SARL, Member of AREKO GROUP, is recruiting for the needs of one of its clients, a PAYROLL ACCOUNTANT.

Job title : PAYROLL ACCOUNTANT.

 

Main mission :

As a Payroll Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the company’s payroll operations. You will work closely with the administrative team to ensure payroll processes are accurate and efficient.

 

 

Missions/purposes of the position :

• Manage the payroll of the company’s employees;
• Ensure compliance with legal obligations in terms of payroll and social declarations;
• Prepare and verify pay slips;
• Monitor paid leave, absences and overtime;
• Participate in the preparation of social and tax declarations;
• Collaborate with other company departments to ensure data consistency.

 

Profile :

• Education: Diploma in accounting or payroll management.
• Previous experience in a similar position would be an asset.
• Gender: Indifferent.
• Age: between 25 and 35 years old.

 

 

SKILLS :

• Mastery of payroll software and office tools;
• Knowledge of accounting, social and tax standards in force;
• Ability to work independently and in a team;
• Organization, rigor, priority management and precision in work;
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

 

Skills :

• Rigorous and methodical, with a developed sense of organization;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Location: Douala.
