BACK OFFICE MANAGER/OPERATIONS MANAGER

Location: Douala

As part of the “deployment of its activity across Cameroon”, Crédit Solidaire d’Afrique, a 2nd category microfinance establishment ^, abbreviated to CRESAF SA, is looking for an operations manager suitable for the job.

Job Title

BACK OFFICE MANAGER

Your main mission

• Makes accounting entries at the agency level and supervises automatic processing.
• Performs entry and processing of financial data and reports for the company’s automated financial systems.

Your tasks

• Monitor and review compliance of system reports taking into account the cash flow statement and objectives.
• Ensure reporting to General Management.
• Perform bank reconciliations and accounting closings.
• Remain in compliance with internal ethics policies.

Qualifications and skills

• Minimum BAC +2 / BAC +3 in accounting
• Minimum two years in a similar position

Field of technicality

• Good knowledge of accounting and taxation.
• Knowledge of reading and writing English would be an asset.
• Rigor, organization, learning ability and analytical mind.
