Banque Atlantique Cameroun is looking for 02 Account Manager   for the needs of its services  .

Direction: Individual and Network Customers
Location: Ngaoundéré
Status: Supervisor
Contract: Permanent
Publication area: Internal and external

Main mission : Contribute to the prospecting, loyalty and development of a portfolio of individual customers

 

 




 

MAIN ACTIVITIES

Research and development resources

  •  Take steps with prospects to turn them into customers;
  •  Market the Bank’s products (savings products, loans, securities transactions, etc.) to customers;
  •  Collect resources from savings and investment products;
  •  Participate in the recovery of overdue commitments from customers;
  • Participate in the design and development of new products;
  • Enhance and renew the customer portfolio.

Customer portfolio management

  • Open accounts and monitor them;
  •  Improve the customer experience by leading and developing commercial relationships with customers;
  •  Propose solutions adapted to customer needs, by analyzing their resources, expectations and projects, in compliance with the bank’s commercial policy;
  • Process credit requests from customers;
  • Proceed with the assembly of credit files after assessment;
  •  Report suspicious transactions by monitoring the various movements in the accounts in your portfolio.

 

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  •  Bac +3 in Banking and Finance, Commerce, Distribution or any other similar discipline.
  •  Minimum 3 years experience in managing a customer portfolio, in the banking sector preferably
  • Bilingualism (French – English) would be an asset.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Know

  •  Good knowledge of the banking professions/products/services;
  • Good knowledge of financial analysis.

Expertise

    • Sales and commercial negotiation techniques;
    • Setting up service offers;
    • Creation of credit files;
    • Reporting methods;
    • Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
    • Operating Flexcube.
    • Know-how

      • Integrity/probity
      • Relational ease / listening skills
      • Organization / method / rigor
      • Self control
