Recruitment notice: Account Manager
Banque Atlantique Cameroun is looking for 02 Account Manager for the needs of its services .
Direction: Individual and Network Customers
Location: Ngaoundéré
Status: Supervisor
Contract: Permanent
Publication area: Internal and external
Main mission : Contribute to the prospecting, loyalty and development of a portfolio of individual customers
MAIN ACTIVITIES
Research and development resources
- Take steps with prospects to turn them into customers;
- Market the Bank’s products (savings products, loans, securities transactions, etc.) to customers;
- Collect resources from savings and investment products;
- Participate in the recovery of overdue commitments from customers;
- Participate in the design and development of new products;
- Enhance and renew the customer portfolio.
Customer portfolio management
- Open accounts and monitor them;
- Improve the customer experience by leading and developing commercial relationships with customers;
- Propose solutions adapted to customer needs, by analyzing their resources, expectations and projects, in compliance with the bank’s commercial policy;
- Process credit requests from customers;
- Proceed with the assembly of credit files after assessment;
- Report suspicious transactions by monitoring the various movements in the accounts in your portfolio.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bac +3 in Banking and Finance, Commerce, Distribution or any other similar discipline.
- Minimum 3 years experience in managing a customer portfolio, in the banking sector preferably
- Bilingualism (French – English) would be an asset.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Good knowledge of the banking professions/products/services;
- Good knowledge of financial analysis.

- Reporting methods;
- Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
- Operating Flexcube.
