BASSAGAL CONSULTING AFRICA recruits for one of its clients, in the pharmaceutical and biomedical products distribution sector: ONE (01) MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION MANAGER (Ref. RMC0122)
MISSIONS
Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, your main missions will be:
- Develop the company’s marketing strategy;
- Identify and implement tools for market knowledge and strategic monitoring in order to monitor the practices of competitors and those of companies in the sector at national and international level;
- Define the company’s marketing policy and then develop the communication strategy;
- Participate in the development and implementation of trade policy;
- Develop, implement or improve marketing methods;
- Analyze the company’s communication capabilities;
- Analyze the market (customer needs and expectations) and detect development opportunities,
- Organize, coordinate and animate the marketing team;
N.B: CDI based in Douala
