STOCK MANAGER (F/M)
BASSAGAL CONSULTING AFRICA is recruiting for one of its clients, in the pharmaceutical and biomedical products distribution sector:
ACTIVITIES :
- – Organize and optimize product stocks and flows;
- – Monitor the level of sales in order to anticipate future supply;
- – Prepare and place orders;
- – Negotiate with suppliers;
- – Store the goods;
- – Organize the storage space in order to facilitate the passage of handlers;
- – Organize the supply chain;
- – Set up a delivery schedule;
- – Coordinate the storage of goods by ensuring the arrival and deliveries to be made;
- – Plan, process orders and deliveries with suppliers;
- – Verify performance criteria with suppliers;
- – Monitor the quantity and quality of the products received;
- – Maintain a permanent link with suppliers;
- – Supervise the transport of goods;
- – Define the transport and delivery methods (type of packaging, quantity, frequency);
- – Check the quality and conformity of the goods upon receipt;
- – Manage emergency situations (delay in delivery, shortage of supply, error in the order);
- – Ensure the proper management of the budget and costs;
- – Anticipate customer requests;
- – Guarantee the availability of goods;
- – Carry out inventories. PROFILE :
- – Proof of higher education training in Logistics Management or Supply Chain Management or equivalent;
- – Justify relevant experience in a similar position;
- – Good control of the procurement process (from purchase to delivery);
- – Know the customs regulations;
- Know how to supervise a work team;
- – Sense of hearing ;
- – Know how to manage stress;
- – Integrity ;
- – Availability and proactivity;
- – Interpersonal skills ;
- – Good negotiator.
