BEETLE HERITAGE HOLDING SA is currently looking for its headquarters based in Douala, a (01) CONSULTANT IN CHARGE OF SECURITY AND SECURITY GROUP.

The CONSULTANT IN CHARGE OF SECURITY AND SECURITY GROUP attached to the General Management will have for missions the implementation and coordination of the security and safety policy of the Holding, he is in charge of the protection of its human and material heritage as well as the support in the serenity of the development of the projects.

ACTIVITIES

• Ensure the prevention and management of safety and security issues at all sites;
• Ensure the coordination of security and safety management in the various divisions of the company;
• Identify the risks of vulnerability, safety, malice
• Improve the level of security of the company
• Ensure that group information is secure
• Design a safety management program involving personnel
• Ensure the integrity and moral probity of staff
• Ensure the application and/or implementation of procedures in the field of security and safety and any other field assigned to him;

• Participate in the recruitment of staff and establish the behavioural profile of resources;
• Conduct character checks of staff and new recruits
• Carry out economic intelligence missions
• Ensure the representativeness of the company with administrative authorities and law enforcement officials, both outside and inside the national territory;
• Ensure any other mission entrusted to him by the client.

• Professional experience: 10 years in Safety Management within a work-intensive structure
• Maximum age: 61

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

• Good knowledge of multi-site enterprise security
• Good knowledge of safety standards
• Good knowledge of risk prevention policies
• Profiling capability and excellent analytical ability
• Crisis management coordination skills and safety
• Good representation capacity with administrative and security authorities
• Mastery of the computer tool
• Excellent command of French and English
• Good physical fitness
