Position to be filled: AGENCY DIRECTOR

MISSION OF THE POSITION

Ensure the processing of operations according to bank-approved procedures.
Pilot the commercial activity of the agency, execute the budget, and achieve the objectives of agency development.
ACTIVITIES OF THE POSITION

Monitor commercial achievements and support the team in achieving objectives.
Apply administrative and security procedures defined by the bank.
Manage a client portfolio and ensure customer satisfaction.
REQUIRED PROFILE

Diploma of higher education (Bac+4 minimum) in management, banking, finance, or accounting.
Experience in client charge functions (ideally in Client Charge roles).
REQUIRED SKILLS

Knowledge of banking operations and financial management.
Mastery of sales techniques and negotiation.
Team leadership and planning skills.
