West’Af Deals, a company specializing in the promotion of artisanal fabrics from West and Central Africa, is looking for a dynamic and passionate Boutique Manager to support the development of its brand of clothing and textile accessories.

Main missions:
Welcome, advise and build customer loyalty
Manage daily sales and track inventory
Oversee the visual presentation and layout of products
Coordinate orders and collections
Participate in the digital communication of the point of sale (publications, stories, messaging)

Profile sought:
Woman between 20 and 40 years old

Proven experience in sales or point of sale management (1 year minimum)
Strong sense of customer service and presentation

Comfortable with digital tools (WhatsApp Business, social networks)
Knowledge or interest in African textiles highly valued
Organization, autonomy, punctuality
