Location: Douala

Main Responsibility:

The candidate will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and securing the company’s IT systems, ensuring the availability and efficiency of IT infrastructure, and leading the implementation of IT solutions tailored to the company’s needs and digital transformation.

Profile Sought:

Education: BAC+5 in IT, Information Systems, or equivalent
Certifications: ITIL, Cisco CCNA, Cybersecurity (ISO 27001), CISSP, Project Management (PMP)
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar position, in an industrial or agro-industrial environment
Required Technical Skills:

Supervise IT infrastructure (equipment, software), IT budget management, and implementation of secure solutions (backup, security, access)
Analyze systems to automate infrastructure for optimization, production, and system evolution in line with innovations
Skills in project management, IT administration (LAN/WAN), network protocols, communication, cybersecurity, systems, and ERP
