JOB MISSION
BICEC
Ensure the processing of branch customer transactions according to the procedures approved by the bank; Manage the commercial activity of the branch, execute the budget and achieve the branch’s development objectives (GNP, Resources, Jobs);
Guarantee the animation, commercial development and risk control of the branch; Animate and mobilize the branch’s employees and support them in the exercise of their profession; Ensure the proper organization of the branch in order to provide a quality welcome and service; Ensure that control measures are in place and followed by the branch’s employees in order to reduce the risks that the bank may face (compliance, operational, credit risk, etc.) JOB ACTIVITIES Monitor the commercial achievements of the team in the branch and support them in achieving their objectives; Define and follow commercial action plans; • · • Manage the risks related to the agency’s activity on a daily basis (operational risks, credit risks, etc.); • Monitor and produce the agency’s commercial, administrative and commitment reporting; • Enforce the administrative and security procedures defined by the bank; • Ensure the commercial management of the agency; • • Get involved in the life of the locality to promote the Bank’s image in accordance with BICEC’s policy and objectives; Manage a portfolio of high-end individual clients and SME clients; Support employees in commercial training (reception, customer management, risk management, regulatory developments and new products), skills development and their development within the agency. PROFILE OF THE HOLDER Higher education diploma (BACC + 4 minimum) in management, banking, finance, accounting; Successful experience of at least 4 years in a Bank (ideally in the role of Individual/SME/SMI Customer Service Representative or Administrative Manager). Knowledge · Knowledge of financial analysis, taxation, economics of individuals and businesses; · Knowledge of accounting and financial standards, financial statements; • General knowledge of banking activity, structures and processing circuits,procedures and regulations applicable to individual customers; Knowledge of the range of products and services intended for customers;

Knowledge of bank accounting;

Mastery of sales and negotiation techniques;

Knowledge of preparing credit files and mastery of the credit processing circuit; Knowledge of standards and procedures relating to banking operations;
· Be bilingual in French and English (English spoken).
Know-how and interpersonal skills
Commercial skills (sales, negotiation, persuasion skills);
· Ability to make decisions, work under pressure and sense of risk;

Managerial skills (ability to clearly define missions, lead committees, get involved in the professional development of employees, evaluate employees objectively);

Availability, sense of hospitality and ability to manage pressure;
