The company Europe Afrique Intérim (EAI), specialized in subcontracting and human resources management, recruits for the needs of its client a major prestigious bank of the place, a Branch Manager, for a mission of 1 year.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and monetize the agency’s portfolio.
- Coordinate all the activities of the agency and ensure the management of employees in order to guarantee commercial performance.
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Coordinate the activities of the agency in accordance with applicable instruments (policy manuals, management directives, budget, internal rules and regulations, etc.) for the achievement of objectives.
- Plan the company’s activity and coordinate its execution.
- Identify profitable business opportunities and develop appropriate sales and marketing actions to seize them.
- Effectively delegate authority to close collaborators to facilitate the completion of tasks.
- Report regularly to the hierarchy and update employees at branch coordination meetings on all requirements and developments of the company.
- Maintain a commendable business relationship with all customers and collaborators.
- Manage the digital marketing platform.
- Organize employee evaluations and monitor performance trends.
- Ensure the implementation of recommendations made by the General Management through meetings.
- Guarantees the financial performance of his agency
- Develop and establish cross-selling.
- Ensure the profitability of products and services while guaranteeing their quality;
- Follow the commitments of his unit.
- Ensure the recovery of bad debts.
- Guarantees the security of his agency’s operations and assets
- Maintain a good social climate within his/her unit.
- Disseminate the company’s values within its unit (awareness-raising, welcome booklet, internal regulations, etc.). etc.).
- Validate account openings, card renewal file and insurance.
- Validate the agios log before imputation each end of the month.
- Supervises all operations under his/her authority on an IT basis.
- Provides monitoring and reporting.
- Produce on time, the various reports requested by the General Management or sector.
- Ensure competitive and commercial intelligence.

- BAC+3 Banking, Finance, Marketing
- Very good writing skills and ability to synthesize (writing articles, arguments…)
- Perfect knowledge of the banking environment as well as OHADA regulations and Cobac standards;
- Mastery of sales and marketing techniques;
- Ability to propose and make decisions;
- Strong managerial skills
