Context and Description of the offer Nourri Express, an innovative food delivery company operating in Cameroon, is looking for a Business Development Officer to join its team and contribute to the establishment of the ‘business. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting and listing restaurants, building relationships with restaurant owners and managers, and recruiting potential deliverers to join our platform. Our goal at Nourri Express is to provide our customers with a convenient and efficient way to order food from their favorite restaurants.

Missions / Responsibility / ActivitiesRegister new restaurants on the Nourri Express platform
Build relationships with restaurant owners and managers
Explain and demonstrate the Nourri Express platform to potential customers in a simple and eye-catching way
Persuade potential delivery people to join our platform
Understand the Nourri Express business model and articulate how each of the restaurant, delivery, and user apps work
Navigate the admin side of the app with minimal supervision, figure things out on their own, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise

Achieve and exceed sales targets Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends Profile / Skills / Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a related field required Fluent in French and proficient in English Excellent verbal and written communication skills Articulated and smart to make an impression on potential customers Prior sales experience with a demonstrated ability to persuade potential customers Technical ability to navigate the admin side of the application with minimal supervision Friendly and approachable to effectively interact with potential customers Professional appearance to make a good first impression on potential customers
