CEGELEC Cameroun is a subsidiary of VINCI Energies of the VINCI group, which started its activities in Cameroon in 1979, bringing to the oil sector its broad expertise in the fields of instrumentation, electrical installations and mechanics on offshore platforms. Today, its activities have extended to telecommunications, maintenance, public lighting, electrical energy and tertiary service.

In order to better support its customers in their projects, VINCI Énergies has developed brands that unite expertise, including:

– ACTEMIUM which has been adopted by CEGELEC Cameroon since January 1, 2015, it is dedicated to the industrial processes of VINCI Energies, it supports manufacturers in the development, modernization and performance of their sites, all over the world and in a long-term partnership approach.

– OMEXOM since January 1, 2016, which is the VINCI Énergies brand specializing in electrical energy production, transport, transformation and distribution projects.

As part of its activities, Omexom Cameroon is looking for a Business Manager.

Reporting to the Business Manager, you offer your clients a comprehensive service from the design to the completion of projects. You ensure the loyalty of business relationships. You are responsible for the profitability of your business.

You are responsible for the entire business:

Electricity and instrumentation: studies/purchases/construction
Response to calls for tenders
Preparation of quotes
Technical dialogue with the client
Supervision of the implementation teams in complete safety
Coordinates the teams under his responsibility.
Monitoring of operations until the end of contractual obligations
Budgetary and financial monitoring as well as invoicing and collections.

With a Bac+5 higher education from a general engineering school, you have at least 5 years of successful initial technical and commercial experience in business management, acquired imperatively in industry. Knowledge of energy transport, distribution & transformation would be a plus.

Ready to take on new challenges, you have strong technical sensitivity, excellent interpersonal skills, a spirit of analysis and synthesis, anticipation, negotiation and organizational skills, a qualitative commercial sense and strong responsiveness.
