ECOBANKCAMEROON S.A. recruits for the needs of its services, (01) CAD Officer in charge of archives that can be exercised throughout the national territory.

I. PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The main tasks of the incumbent will be:
- Organize in an efficient and systematic manner all the credit documents of the Bank, with a view to traceability, integrity, security and durability of information; but also compliance with legal requirements and the Bank’s credit policies and procedures.
- Implement the Directorate’s Document Management Policy
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the proper preservation of customer files and other credit documents
- Implementation of document management policies and standards
- Provision of a range of services relating to the management and use of archival records
- Design, implementation and administration of systems specialized in the management of archival records
- Integration of archival records management into processes
- Ensure an overall “Acceptable” result during Internal & External audits and the prompt implementation of the recommendations resulting from these audits
- Receive, classify, process, index, and store information, regardless of its medium, throughout the subsidiary’s network (identify, store and circulate information)
- Design and implement a filing framework for all credit documents in compliance with legal requirements and the Bank’s credit policies and procedures.
- Identify essential documents and ensure their proper storage
- Manage electronic or paper documents
- Controlling access to information
- Respond effectively and in a timely manner to all internal and external information needs
- Design and implement an emergency or rescue plan in the event of a disaster
- Sort and eliminate unnecessary documents
- Ensure that information is regularly updated throughout the direction
- Design and implement the project to centralize all credit documentation
- Design and implement the project to digitize the network’s archives.
- Perform any other activity assigned by the Head CAD

IV. JOB PROFILE
- Minimum Bac +3 in the following fields: Information Sciences, Documentation/Archival Qualifications, History, Banking/Finance, Economics, etc.
- 2 years minimum in a similar position
- Experience in the credit services of a financial or credit institution is an asset
