the NGO ONE WOMAN BUSINESS and TogetherFund announce the launch on January 02, 2023  of the first edition of        “Youth Access – CEO School” in the city of Yaoundé which will give 20 young Cameroonians (10 Men and 10 Women) aged under 35 years old the opportunity to become Head of a Social Enterprise in 6 months and obtain funding of 1.5 million FCFA.

The “Youth Access – CEO School” program, implemented with the collaboration of development partners aims to fight against unemployment and underemployment of young Cameroonian graduates through an integral approach aimed at supporting young entrepreneurship and the creation of decent jobs, but also at strengthening young people’s technical and managerial capacities to enable them to succeed in the development of viable social enterprises.

“Youth Access – CEO School” in the medium term, will contribute to the creation of  100 viable Social Enterprises  and 1000 decent Jobs.

The first edition of “Youth Access – CEO School”will be held in the city of Yaoundé and will support 20 young Cameroonians under the age of 35 (10 Men and 10 Women) in the creation of 20 viable social enterprises for 12 months through:

• Capacity building in social entrepreneurship and business management company
• An internship and in-company apprenticeship
• Personalized technical assistance (project set-up, market study, operational strategy, marketing and communication)
• Personalized coaching and follow-up
• Financing of 1.5 million FCFA

Selection process
This will take place in 4 phases:
• Submission of application files – until October 30, 2022
• Interview and pre-selection of candidates – from November 15, 2022
• Presentation of business projects to the jury – before 11/30/2022
• Announcement of the 20 selected Candidates – Friday 12/15/2022

Constitution of the application file
The participants must attach the following documents to their application:
• CNI photocopy or Passport
• CV
• Letter of motivation (Subject: CEO School application)
