ASSIGNMENT
Organize and manage the entire culinary production process by supervising a team whose number and composition vary according to the establishments.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Control of the quality of production and its compliance with hygiene and food safety standards
- Creation of new dishes and development of their technical sheets
- Analysis of malfunctions and implementation of corrective actions
- Control of the proper use of equipment and materials
- Delegation of certain activities Establishment of schedules and timetables
- Training needs assessment
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Level : hold a diploma in cooking and hospitality
Experience : minimum 5 years in a similar position
SKILLS
- Designing new dishes and working methods of the products.
- Contribute through its service to customer loyalty and development.
