As part of the Strengthening of the management team of the General Management of MUFID Union and
the organization of its activities, we are looking for two (02) Business Process Owners.
Main mission
Your mission is to supervise the design,
implementation and improvement of business processes
related to financial operations within our
institution. You are responsible for the management and
improvement of business processes to ensure
efficient operation and compliance with standards,
policies, procedures and regulations.
Job description:
• Carry out diagnostics of
existing business processes in order to identify and implement
improvements to said processes or to create
missing business processes;
• Recommend and contribute to the deployment of new
corebanking and new processes in
MUFID;
• Take ownership of the various business processes and
participate in the improvement of these processes;
• Visit departments to produce new
business processes;
• Identify risk areas and integrate
control points;
• Map the company’s flows and its processes
: carry out business process efficiency diagnostics
;
• Identify opportunities to improve
existing operational processes;
• Develop and implement strategies to
optimize business processes;
• Collaborate with the various departments to
align business processes with
the company’s objectives;
• Collaborate with IT departments for the integration
of processes into information systems;
• Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of
business processes;
• Design and plan training plans and
lead them to raise employee awareness of new
business processes.

Qualifications and skills
• Minimum Bac+4/5 in economics, management, Banking and
Finance, Management Information Technology, Quality, or any
other equivalent diploma./ Lean Six
Sigma / BPM certification would be an asset.
• .Required experience: minimum 05 years in
banking or microfinance including 02 years minimum on
the front or back office position
Personal qualities:
Dynamism, sense of responsibility,
team management, organization and planning,
commercial skills.
Technical skills
• Excellent understanding of banking
and microfinance processes;
• Good command of finance and
business management and accounting
• Have good knowledge of banking and microfinance regulations
in the CEMAC zone • Ability to write banking
process procedures • Have excellent knowledge of IT and digital, • Good knowledge in the digitalization of banking processes • Be a driving force for continuous process improvement .
