Ace Finance is launching an internal/external call for the position of Branch Manager . 

Candidate profile :

• Man and woman
• Minimum Bac +3 level in Finance/Management/Business School;
• 05 years of experience in the profession

 

 

 

Know-how

• Result oriented;
• Anaytical and synthetical mind; Sense of organization;
•  Have good writing skills; Good interpersonal skills and good listening skills;
• Have a strong ability to adapt;
• Demonstrate rigor and diplomacy;
• Be able to work under pressure.

 

 

Expertise

•  Have solid knowledge of banking law, banking techniques, financial analysis, COBAC regulations related to microfinance;
• Analyze a credit file;
•  Have experience in management, team coaching and commercial animation;
• Master banking software;
• Master the office package.

Duties :

•  Develop the agency’s portfolio and ensure the achievement of commercial objectives;
• Animate, supervise and manage the activities of the agency’s staff;
•  Implement the company’s commercial policy with a view to profitability;
•  Ensure the proper functioning of the agency both in terms of customer reception and security.
