The ARNO Group is recruiting for the needs of its services: 01 HR Assistant M/F .
Job location: Douala
ASSIGNMENTS
The HR Assistant is responsible for ensuring the development of human resources and the administrative management of the follow-up of employees.
ACTIVITIES
- Ensure the management of health insurance (incorporation and withdrawal of employees, follow-up of complaints and requests from employees, follow-up of reimbursements from constitution to payment).
- Monitor the integration of new employees.
- Updating personnel files and maintaining employer registers.
- Participate in recruitment management.
- Support the implementation of the training plan and its follow-up.
- Ensure the social animation of the company and participate in internal communication.
- Participate in payroll management.
PROFILE
- Level training, Bac +2/ 3 in Human Resources Management, Sociology or equivalent. Minimum 02 years in a similar position.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Good knowledge of IT tools
- Proficiency in English highly appreciated
- Knowledge of HR management
- Accounting and financial culture required.
- Have good writing skills.
- Knowledge of labor law and taxation.
QUALITIES REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION
- Show rigor, organization, dynamism, open-mindedness, diplomacy and versatility.
