JFN-HUI is looking for an Internship Manager for the needs of its services

Job title: Internship Manager

Location: Douala-Cameroon

Duties/Responsibilities

As an internship supervisor, your role is to;

Supervise internship activities: you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating student internships in different departments;
Mentor students: you will work closely with students to help them find suitable internships, prepare their applications, develop their professional skills and evaluate their performance throughout their internship;
Establish partnerships: you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with external companies and organizations in order to provide quality internship opportunities for our students;

Requirements

A university degree;
Prior experience in internship or management supervision
In-depth knowledge of internship policies in the higher education sector;
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
A demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively manage administrative tasks.
