The Network Manager’s main mission is to manage, coordinate and ensure the profitability of his network. He/she is responsible for implementing the general management’s policy in terms of resource collection, credit management, money transfer management and other value-added services of the agency.

Placed under the responsibility of the Deputy General Manager in charge of Operations, his main activities are as follows:

I. Setting up credits

•  Implement the credit operations of the agencies under its responsibility in accordance with the FOCEP credit policy;
•  Ensure compliance with credit granting procedures in its network;
•  Coordinate all credit activities of its network as well as the collection of resources;
•  Control all credit files in its network before disbursement within the limits of the powers entrusted to it;
•  Control and validate all data relating to the credit files of its network and transmit the related statistics for the reconciliation needs of the operating management;
•  Ensure that all administrative actions relating to the network’s credit operations are properly carried out (compliance of files, constitution and taking of guarantees, deposits, pledges, lifting of mortgages, etc.).

•  Ensure regular production of customer reports (daily, weekly and monthly);
•  Define and implement credit monitoring action strategies to guarantee a good repayment rate and compliance with deadlines;
• Ensure proper monitoring of financed customers;
•  Receive defaulting customers and those wishing to exit the portfolio.

III. Ensure the administrative and financial management of its network

•  Delegatedly order and control all expenses within your network;
•  Develop monthly reports, the basis for producing the network’s quarterly report;
•  Monitor the reconciliation status of its network’s link accounts;
•  Establish on a quarterly and annual basis the situation of the fixed assets of its network, the situation concerning office equipment and furniture.

IV. Improvement of the credit policy and guarantee management

•  Make suggestions for the proper functioning of credit conditions, procedures for granting and monitoring credits, customer assistance methods;
•  Ensure the proper implementation of the partnerships signed by FOCEP.

YOUR PROFILE

•  You hold a BAC+5 in banking and finance, accounting, economics or any other equivalent diploma.
•  You have proven professional experience of at least 05 years in a similar position and in the microfinance sector.
•  You have mastery of the use of IT tools, Ms OFFICE software (WORD, EXCEL, ETC), NETSOFT, PERFECT.
•  You have strong writing and interpersonal skills, a spirit of synthesis, and a great capacity for analysis.
• You are able to work under pressure and manage a team.
• You are proactive, rigorous and have an eye for detail
