Kalitas Construction , a leading company in the construction industry, is seeking an Operations Manager to effectively supervise and coordinate our commercial, administrative and marketing activities. The Operations Manager will play a key role in strengthening our business and optimizing our overall performance.

Main Responsibilities :

•  Supervise and direct sales, administration and marketing departments to ensure effective coordination.
•  Develop and implement operational strategies to improve business efficiency and profitability.
•  Collaborate with management teams to define the company’s strategic objectives and priorities.
•  Manage and optimize business processes, including project management, resource planning, and quality assurance.
•  Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners and suppliers.
•  Provide leadership and coaching to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
•  Ensure fluid and transparent communication between departments to promote coordination and collaboration.
•  Monitor key performance indicators and develop reports for management.

•  University degree in business management, civil engineering, or a related field.
•  Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the construction sector.
•  Leadership, team management, and problem solving skills.
•  Strong understanding of business processes and financial management.
•  Excellent communication, listening and negotiation skills.
•  Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
• Mastery of IT tools and management software.
