Call for applications: QHSE Manager
The CFAO group (Corporation For Africa & Overseas) is a multinational company specialized in the sectors of automotive distribution, pharmaceutical products and services, management of shopping centers and supermarkets, manufacturing of consumer products as well as in the new technologies and energy sector.
For the needs of its activities in Cameroon, the CFAO group is looking for 01 QHSE MANAGER M/F based: Cameroon
Job Description :
- Develop the quality management policy and manage the QHSE Management System;
- Develop QHSE: set up a continuous improvement methodology (process, safety, Quality and Environment), check the results of improvement actions, manage monitoring and internal and external audits, participate in risk analysis , malfunctions and looking for ways to improve;
- Define and lead the plant’s Safety policy, including support for colleagues and awareness and training;
- Guarantee the Quality Systems by managing all the certifications (ISO 9001 & FSSC 22000): monitor the obligations and the application of the rules and standards in force, maintain the certifications and set up new certifications;
- Prepare and animate the QHSE Management Reviews and write the procedures and documents guaranteeing the proper functioning of the QHSE system;
- Manage workplace accidents (communication, analysis, treatment) in collaboration with the Human Resources Department;
- Disseminate, and ensure the proper application of customer repositories and manage customer and supplier complaints;
- Ensure compliance (facilities, buildings and processes), ensure and verify control and prevention procedures in relation to environmental risks
- Coordinate the various ministerial controls and ensure the implementation of recommendations;
- Perform the various monthly, quarterly and annual reports;
- Manage the team, animate resources, monitor their performance and develop their skills.
Required profile :
- Bac+4/5 in QHSE or equivalent diploma.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in a similar position.
- Recognized know-how in setting up and monitoring certifications and leading the Quality and Safety policy, ideally in FMCGs.
Skills required:
- Realization of technical audit;
- Knowledge of the standards and certifications in force;
- Know how to carry out a technological and regulatory watch;
- Training of employees in the new rules and instructions;
Required qualities :
- Good ability to work in a team, good resistance to stress, integrity and confidentiality in the management of information, availability and sense of organization and respect for internal procedures.
