Call for applications: Sales Representative in Customer Prospecting
Kalitas Construction , a leading company in the construction sector, is looking for a Customer Prospecting Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in prospecting for clients, in-depth knowledge of the construction industry and a strong ability to establish and maintain relationships with potential clients.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and prospect new clients in the construction sector.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients and maintain regular follow-up.
- Understand customer needs and effectively present Kalitas Construction’s offerings.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to meet customer needs.
- Negotiate contract terms and reach profitable deals.
- Ensure rigorous monitoring of projects to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the construction market and industry trends.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in prospecting clients, preferably in the construction sector.
- Excellent communication, listening and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the construction market and its stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and set sales goals.
- Good understanding of technical specifications related to construction.
- Strong orientation towards customer satisfaction.
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
