Call for applications: Social Network Specialist
Kalitas Construction , a leading company in the construction industry, is looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, creating engaging content and promoting our brand across digital channels.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Manage and maintain company social media accounts, including scheduling posts and responding to comments.
- Create and publish high-quality content, including articles, images, videos and other formats relevant to different platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media strategy with business objectives and ongoing campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends and performance, using analytics tools to measure the impact of marketing initiatives.
- Create and manage paid social media advertising campaigns to reach a target audience.
- Engage the community by responding to comments, direct messages and facilitating discussions on our platforms.
- Ensure competitive intelligence and identify opportunities to improve the company’s online presence.
Requirements :
- University degree in marketing, communications, journalism or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience managing social media for a business or organization.
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
- Content creation skills including copywriting, graphic design and video production.
- Ability to analyze data and use social media analytics tools to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication, listening and problem-solving skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail to maintain an attractive and consistent online presence.
