The CFAO group (Corporation For Africa & Overseas) is a multinational company specialized in the sectors of automotive distribution, pharmaceutical products and services, management of shopping centers and supermarkets, manufacturing of consumer products as well as in the new technologies and energy sector.
For the needs of its activities in Cameroon, the CFAO group is looking for 01 Technico-Commercial Spare Parts M/F based: Cameroon (Ngaoundéré)
Job Description :
Ensure the promotion and distribution of spare parts. Recruit and develop the client portfolio for the achievement of business objectives. Ensure satisfaction and the best customer experience.
The post holder will have the responsibilities below:
Welcoming and advising customers
- Welcome customers and inform them about the parts available or to be made available to customers.
- Identify customer needs and explain to them the advantages of CAMI products over those of the competition.
Technical documentation of the spare part
- Enter the catalog and find the references of the parts (which induces to master the software of the documentation).
- Propose solutions adapted to customers (master the replacement parts and make proposals to the hierarchy).
Prospecting and development of the portfolio
- Develop prospects, target potential customers and negotiate sales
- Carry out commercial visits according to commercial standards and develop our market share with customers in all categories.
End-to-end customer account management by segment
- Development of turnover and market share
- Identify the needs of customers on the different families of parts, establish relevant and competitive quotations.
- Record missed sales for inconclusive deals mentioning the reasons.
- Inform customers in due time of the evolution of their pending orders.
- Define commercial actions for the development of turnover
Business reporting
- Carry out reporting according to commercial standards (customer visits, business meetings, relaunch of current quotations, information on delivery times and availability of parts, customer prospecting, etc.)
- Perform competitive intelligence and forecast analysis of needs
- Monitor key market indicators (prices, competitors and activities)
- Anticipate customer needs based on fleet or projects
Required profile :
- Have 2 to 3 years of experience in the sale of spare parts.
- Have an appetite for sales and commercial relationship management.
- Master the Microsoft package (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Be a dynamic, honest, organized and rigorous person, with a strong ability to adapt to change.
- Ability to work in a team and be autonomous
SKILLS
- Have training or experience in Marketing / Commerce / Sales / Communication.
- Hold a B driving license and have practiced driving.
Nature of Contract: Permanent Contract, Category 8 .
Reporting line: Spare Parts Manager
Constraints related to the position: Frequent visits to the field (80% of working time)
